Our 5mm Pitch HTD Timing Belt Pulleys are injection moulded to specific regulations for genuine design pitch. To ensure proper meshing with the timing pulleys, these pulleys have evenly spaced grooves cut into the outside diameter. The timing pulleys mesh correctly with good stability thanks to the particular design of the pulley grooves. Minimum meshing tolerances are incorporated into every pulley, and the pitch diameter is always bigger than the outside diameter.
